Visibility drops to below 1,000 meters (Sneha May Francis)
Dubai is blanketed in heavy fog on Friday morning.
The National Center of Meteorology & Seismology (NCMS) forecasts hazy weather.
“Opportunity for dense fog and low visibility to less than 1,000 meters,” reported the NCMS website.
On Friday morning, the NCMS’ official twitter handle reported, “Dense fog over most areas in country.”
They reported that the visibility in Al Dhafrah at 100meters.
Earlier NCMS had forecasted “chances of fog formation over some internal and coastal areas, especially the middle and western areas”.
Temperature will hit a high of 25 degree Celsius, and a low of 17 degree Celsius.
