UAE weather: Foggy conditions forecast

The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has warned motorists and road-users about low visibility in some regions in the country due to fog.

The centre, in a statement, advised road users to exercise caution and abide by traffic rules.

Despite the overall fair weather forecast, the NCMS expected clouds over the eastern areas by afternoon and for temperatures tend to rise gradually.

Winds will be light to moderate in general, with relative humidity also on the rise.

One the coast the maximum temperature was forecast to hit 37 deg C, while inland it was set to hit 40. 

A dust and sand-storm expected over the weekend petered out without much impact, though windy weather forecast for tomorrow, along with the fog, could stir up another storm.
