No wonder so many fatal accidents in UAE roads.

In my opinion, the traffic department should set a certain limit for either number of fines nor the fine amount. So that these kind of drivers can be stopped way early.

Unbelievable, in any other country you would be hunted down with a warrant for your arrest before you hit the 300dh mark. In fact, in the States you go to jail immediately if your from out of the States and can't pay the fine on the spot. But don't worry I'm sure the motorist will pay, a soon as there is another 50% discount at the end of the year.

How can police continue tolerating drivers to accumulate penalties? I thought they have everything in their system is working like vehicle owner, name, address, telephone numbers, etc. The police can easily stop these drivers from driving not because of the gigantic amount to be paid but because they are a danger to everyone else. Never mind if they kill themselves while recklessly driving!

hope the offenders are excused and instead the traffic department should suspend the license for life time

I wonder why their driving licenses are not cancelled till date. They should not be given further chances.
