Winter chill in UAE: Temperature dips to 4°C

Several parts of UAE saw rainfall on Friday evening, even as temperatures dipped further.

Residents and holiday makers enjoyed the pleasant weekend as outdoor activities gathered pace.

According to a National Center for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) report, the UAE will see partly cloudy skies today, with light to moderate winds in general.

The maximum temperature in internal areas is expected to be around 26 degree centigrade with a minimum of 8 degrees C.

While mountainous regions will be colder with a minimum of around 4 degrees C and a maximum temperature of 16 degree C.

The relative humidity will increase during night with chances of fog formation.

Authorities have called upon motorists to exercise caution while driving and have urged drives to respect traffic rules.
