In his capacity as Chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has issued a resolution restructuring the board of directors of the Etihad Aviation Group under the chairmanship of Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouie.
According to the resolution, Ali Majed Al Mansouri, Mohamed Mubarak bin Fadhil Al Mazrouie, Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Hamad Abdullah Rashid Al Shamsi, Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri and Ahmed Mattar Al Rumaithi, will serve as members of the board.
