Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has issued a decision to appoint Ahmed bin Butti Al Muhairabi as Secretary General of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy.
