Hamdan inaugurates new Economic Department HQ

Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on Tuesday inaugurated the new headquarters of the Department of Economic Development at Deira Business Centre in Dubai.

The new headquarters will receive investors, businesspersons, traders and clients.

After the opening ceremony, Sheikh Hamdan toured the sections and offices, where he exchanged views with officials about their functions and ways of dealing with clients. He urged them to observe original Arab hospitality norms when dealing with clients.

Sheikh Hamdan also called on officials to hold specialised training courses for employees to sharpen their general knowledge in dealing with others.

At the conclusion of his tour, Dubai Crown Prince appreciated the efforts of directors and employees for opening the new headquarters.
