UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and their Highnesses Supreme Council members and Rulers of the emirates at Al Rawdha Palace in Al Ain on Sunday on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
In presence of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces General Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Khalifa exchanged Eid Al Adha greetings with his brothers rulers of the emirates.
Sheikh Khalifa received Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler Ajman His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla and Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi.
Also present at the reception were Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sharjah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Ajman Crown Prince Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi.
UAE President also received other Sheikhs, senior state officials, dignitaries and well-wishers.
Sheikh Khalifa exchanged with his guests greetings on the auspicious occasion of Eid Al Adha. Sheikh Mohammed and the rulers expressed their appreciation to Sheikh Khalifa for the successes and accomplishments of the UAE under his wise leadership. They also wished him continued good health in serving the nation and its people, and to the homeland and its citizens more progress and further prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Abu Dhabi Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region Sheikh Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler's Representative Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lt. Sheikh Khalifa hosted a lunch banquet in honour of his brothers Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates on this Islamic occasion.
