Khidmah, Abu Dhabi's first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, has announced the company's appointment by Musanada to provide facility management (FM) services for 234 mosques in Abu Dhabi Western Region.
Khidmah was awarded this contract through a highly competitive tendering process.
There are around 1,500 mosques all over Abu Dhabi that Musanada manages on behalf of its client Awqaf. The scope of this contract is to manage and deliver all the maintenance works including fully managed mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), ancillary (handyman) services, planned preventative maintenance and surveys for 234 mosques spread over the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
Through its integrated service delivery approach, Khidmah will provide FM services to Musanada in stringent compliance with best industry practices, processes & technologies, value for money solutions and service efficiencies. To ensure full coverage, Khidmah will commence these services before Ramadan.
