Maktoum opens Careers UAE 2015

The 15th edition of Careers UAE 2015, the UAE’s leading recruitment, training and education exhibition for Emirati nationals, was inaugurated on Tuesday by  Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai. Taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from 28 – 30 April 2015, the show has attracted over 160 private and public sector companies seeking to hire talented Emirati graduates and professionals and is projected to receive over 18,000 visitors.
 
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Careers UAE has set the benchmark for networking and education platforms that strive to support the government’s Emiratisation efforts and the active promotion of fulfilling and challenging careers among UAE nationals.

Already proving to be a notable success – with thousands of visitors in attendance – the opening day also marks the kick-off of a series of exciting features – training sessions, professional development workshops and motivational seminars – in partnership with leading industry experts, including Bayt.com and LinkedIn, with the keynote address being delivered by Reem Al Hashimy, Board Representative of the Dubai Expo 2020 Higher Committee and Director General, Bureau Dubai Expo 2020.
