Mohammed attends endurance race

120km Gamilati Endurance Cup for Mares was held at Dubai International Endurance City

Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has attended the 120km Gamilati Endurance Cup for Mares at the Dubai International Endurance City, in Seih Assalam area, Dubai.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai and UAE minister of finance, sheikhs and senior officials also attended the race.

95 male and female riders engaged in the CEI** ride which is organised by Dubai Equestrian Club (DEC) in association with the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation and is sponsored by Al Tayer Motors.

Sheikha Futtaim bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum took part in the race in presence of her sister Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Polish rider Kamila Anita Kart, on her mare Ajayeb, clinched the 120km Gamilati Endurance Cup for Mares when she finished first with 4:10:56.

Emirati Mohammad Saeed Al Faresi, on Gold Raven, came in second place while his compatriot Ahmad Ali Al Sabri, on Shamirah de Brazy, ended up in the third place with 4:11:01 and 4:14:15 respectively.
