Mohammed commends Ajman Ruler

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has commended the efforts made by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and his direct follow-up to develop all aspects of life in the Emirate of Ajman and to activate the role of government agencies along with developing its work to achieve the ambitions and aspirations of the citizens.

Sheikh Mohammed hailed the Customer Service Centre at Ajman Land and Property Department on receiving its five-star rating in accordance with the Global Star Rating System for Services of the Federal Government.

The remarks were made during Sheikh Mohammed's visit to the Customer Service Centre at the Land and Property Department in the Emirate of Ajman, unveiling a five-star rating plaque received by the centre and thus becoming the first local government entity evaluated according to the system.
Also present at the ceremony were Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Land and Property Department, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, and Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs, along with a number of officials.

His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has praised His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for the star-rating evaluation initiative he launched which rates the performance of customer service centres.

The star rating system aims to encourage government service centres to be more competitive and give customers a role in the development of government services.

The Ruler of Ajman said in a statement on the occasion of the Ajman Land and Property Department being the first local government department to receive the award, that progress can be made only with the efforts a country's people, who create and innovate for their homeland and provide best practices and services to customers who are a key pillar in business success and achieving excellence in any department.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum today attended a lunch banquet hosted by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of Federal National Council, Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Sheikh Hazza bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Under-Secretary of the Diwan of the Ruler's Representative in the Eastern Region, other Sheikhs, ministers and top officials in the country, attended the banquet.
