Mohammed condoles martyrs' families

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum offers his condolences on Monday to the families of three Emirati soldiers martyred while performing their national duty (Wam)

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, offered his condolences today to the families of three Emirati soldiers martyred while performing their national duty, as part of the UAE forces in Operation Restoring Hope, led by Saudi Arabia, to restore the legitimate government in Yemen.

While visiting the family residences of martyrs First Corporal Khalid Mohammed Abdullah Al Shehhi and First Corporal Fahim Saeed Ahmed Al Habsi, Sheikh Mohammed offered his condolences to the children, brothers and relatives of the two martyrs.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow His mercy on them, grant them rest in eternal peace among the martyrs, and to grant their families patience and fortitude to bear the loss.

Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Lt. General Musbeh bin Rashid Al Fattan, Director of office the Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of Protocol and Hospitality Department in Dubai, also offered their condolences, along with Sheikh Mohammed.

Sheikh Mohammed also visited the family residence of Emirati martyr Juma Jawhar Juma Al Hammadi, in Al Sabkha district, Sharjah.

He expressed his profound sorrow and extended his sincere solace to the father and relatives of the martyr.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow His mercy on Al Hammadi, grant him rest in eternal peace among the martyrs and to grant his family patience and fortitude to bear the loss.

While meeting with the relatives of the three martyrs, Sheikh Mohammed underscored the pride of the leadership in the Armed Forces and sacrifices of Emirati youth in all fields of honour.

"They have written glory and heroism with their blood for the sake of peace and backing trodden people," Sheikh Mohammed said.

He paid rich tribute to the soldiers, citing their sincerity and allegiance to the homeland and the leadership, and underlined that the leadership spares no effort for the welfare of their families.

"Allah will bless our martyrs whose memories and sacrifices will remain alive among us," Sheikh Mohammed said in conclusion.
