Mohammed offers condolences to families of nation's martyrs

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has offered condolences to the families of martyrs from the Emirate of Fujairah, who died while performing their national duty during their participation in the Arab coalition's 'Operation Restoring Hope' in Yemen.
 
Sheikh Mohammed, accompanied by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Lt. General Misbah bin Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Office of the Vice-President, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai, today (Thursday) made separate visits to the mourning tents of martyr Khamis Rashid Abdullah Abdouli in Alkhalibah area and martyr Yusuf Salem Ali Mohammed Al Kaabi in Madhab area, both in the Emirate of Fujairah. 

Sheikh Mohammed expressed his heartfelt sympathy and solace to the families of the deceased, and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest their souls in Paradise and to grant their families patience and solace.

Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, offered his condolences to the family and relatives of martyr Khamis Rashid Al Abdouli, who died in the line of duty during Operation Restoring Hope, under the Arab alliance to support the people of Yemen and their legitimate government.

During his visit to the mourning tent in Al Khalibiya in the emirate of Fujairah, Sheikh Saif expressed his heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathies to the family of the martyr, praying to God Almighty to rest the martyr’s soul in peace, to grant him rest in heaven among the martyrs and the saints, and to grant the family patience and solace to bear their loss.

Martyr Al Ketbi laid to rest in Al Ain

The citizens of Al Ain city performed a funeral prayer today for Emirati martyr Ali Khamis Al Ketbi.

The funeral prayer was performed at the Armed Forces' Martyrs Mosque in Al Ain. They laid the martyr to rest at the Al Mutawa cemetery, praying to Allah Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace and to bestow patience and solace on his family.

Meanwhile, funeral prayer was held today (Thurday) for the martyr of the nation Mohammed Khalfan Al Siyabi, in the cemetery of Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi Mosque.

EARLIER REPORT

The bodies of four Emirati martyrs arrived on Wednesday at Al Bateen Airport in Abu Dhabi, aboard a military plane of the Air and Defence Force, accompanied by a number of officers and non-commissioned officers.

On arrival, the bodies were accorded a special military honour at the airport. A number of senior armed forces' officers were present at the reception.

The General Command of the Armed Forces mourned on Tuesday its brave servicemen who fell while participating in the Arab coalition force's Operation Restoring Hope in Yemen, led by Saudi Arabia.
