Sheikh Khalifa receives Rulers, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers

The President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received on Sunday at Al Rawda Palace Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers, who came to congratulate him on his safe return home from a successful treatment trip abroad.

The President welcomed His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman; His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; and His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler Fujairah, in the presence of General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region.

The well-wishers also included Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai; Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman; Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah; Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah; Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Group; Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation; Sheikh Majed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority; Mohammed Khalifa Al Suweidi, the President's Representative; and Mohammed Habroush Al Suweidi, Advisor to the President.

Sheikh Mohammed and other leaders expressed their profound delight at the safe return of Sheikh Khalifa to homeland, praying the Almighty to grant his good health and protect him as the steward of the march of progress and prosperity.

Sheikh Khalifa also accepted get-well congratulations from Speaker of the Federal National Council Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, other sheikhs, ministers, members of the Executive Council, Speaker of the National Consultative Council, Abdullah Al Masoud, and senior civilian and military officials.

The meeting was attended by a number of sheikhs, ministers and top officials.

Sheikh Khalifa also hosted a luncheon in honour of the well-wishers.
