UAE capable of overcoming all challenges: Sheikh Mohammed

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday visited Cityscape Global 2010 currently taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Accompanied by Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mohammed visited exhibitors' stands, including those of Meydan City, Dubai Property Group, Palm Jumeirah, Mubadala, Dubai World Central, FalconCity, Emaar and Meras. He was briefed on a number of real estate developments and looked over models of various projects.

At the end of his tour, Sheikh Mohammed stressed that the people of the UAE, under the leadership of His Highness President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, are happy with their leader and the country’s achievements in all sectors, saying that the people of the UAE are hardworking and capable of overcoming challenges no matter how big they are.

In a statement to the media, Sheikh Mohammed said that the economic situation is gradually improving and things are returning to normal.

Also accompanying Sheikh Mohammed was Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Juma bin Dalmouk Al Maktoum, ministers and other senior officials

Over 2000 local, regional and international real estate firms are showcasing their latest projects and services at the exhibition, currently held at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
