'UAE will deliver aspirations of its people'

Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan attends an evening devoted to commemoration of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (Wam)

General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, last night received at Al Bateen Palace, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, in the attendance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah.
 
Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikh Hamad reciprocated greetings on the Holy Month of Ramadan and prayed Allah to return the occasion with welfare and blessing for the UAE people under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
 

Mohammed receives Al Dhaheri

General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Monday tonight accepted best wishes on the Holy Month of Ramadan from the Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Federal Judicial Council, Dr Hadef Al Dhaheri, members of the council, judges of Federal Supreme Courts, and members of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and Abu Dhabi Public Prosecution.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department,was present at the meeting which took place at Al Bateen Palace.  

Sheikh Mohammed said, ''Despite some malicious voices and stances, no one can harm our stature as long as we have fair, honest and credible judicial institutions, which are our asset that we count on given the independence and neutrality the members of the judiciary maintain in enforcing verdicts and legal principles in virtue of applicable legislations in the State.''

Sheikh Mohammed affirmed that the UAE's ship of progress would steam ahead towards aspirations and ambitions of the UAE people under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is firmly keen on the prevalence of the rule of law and promotion of principles of justice and independent justice.

He stressed that justice delivers security and stability in communities in a manner that enable them play their role in inclusive development.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi also tackled issues like sound planning  for future and the need for developing human resources to cater for the demands of key national sectors.

''The human capital is the precious asset we own today and it is the real investment to address future challenges,'' he emphasised.

Members of the judicial corps paid gratitude to Sheikh Mohammed for his support and care for further development of the judicial institutions in order to deliver their noble message of dispensing justice and rule of law.

Zayed Humanitarian Day

General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday attended an evening devoted to commemoration of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The event, which was held at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, was hosted by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments under the supervision of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the death of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan within the events of 'Zayed Humanitarian Day'.

The evening was also attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Etihad Airways and Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, along with a number of Sheikhs, senior officials, members of the diplomatic corps and a number of citizens and residents.
