Husband takes dead wife on 'trip' to Europe

Published

A husband who was jilted by his wife was furious that his former spouse had a new partner.

Lithuanian-born Rimas Venclovas, 47, hatched a plan and executed it so well that he wasn't caught for a couple of months.

He kidnapped his ex-wife who was living in Britain and killed her by strangulation, reports Daily Mail.

He then decided to take her body on a long drive across Europe in order to dump her body in a nondescript wood in Poland.

Her body was found by a mushroom-picker about two months after she was dumped there.

The man planned the murder so well that he evaded arrest for a long time. He used the woman's lover's credit cards to throw the light of suspicion on the other man.
