YJH, 49, was ordered to pay Dh1,000 fine.

The three convicted women were arrested while they were selling pirated CDs to a person on July 15 evening in Jebel Ali. They were selling film CDs for Dh10 and the pornographic ones for Dh15 each. They were hiding the CDs in three bags in the car they were using.

Their visit visas had expired since 2007.

According to the prosecution sheet, MJY claimed that she got the CDs from different people without knowing they were pirated.

MJY and MJH who attended the hearing of the case confessed to the accusation. ZA denied the accusation and told the court that he did not know that the CDs were pirated or contained pornographic films or pictures and claimed that he is a relative of MJR.
