LinkedIn reveals Top 10 most influential brands in UAE

Etihad Airways and Emirates have made it to the most influential brands in the country.

This is according to the latest survey conducted by LinkedIn UAE on the most influential brands in the country.

Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways tops the list followed by Emirates. Hospitality chain, Jumeirah Group, is ranked third and is associated with ultra-luxury hotels not just in the UAE, but in some of the most popular cities across the world.

Fourth, on the list is Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a multi-speciality hospital that is taking shape in the capital.

The clinic may be new to many people in the country but it has been rated as one of America’s best hospitals in the annual America’s Best Hospitals survey.

Property developer, Emaar, is rated as fifth most influential brand in the country.

Telecom provider, etisalat is ranked sixth.

The only bank that has made it to the list is National Bank of Abu Dhabi and has been voted as the seventh influential brand in the UAE.

Du, the second telecom provider in the UAE, has also made it to the list and is ranked eighth.

Another property developer that has made it to the list is Damac at number nine. The developer has witnessed strong resurgences in investor interest this year.

Finally, TASC Sourcing is rated as the 10th most influential brand by professionals on the popular networking website. The company specilasies in workforce supply.

The UAE rankings illustrate the varied and vibrant nature of business in the region, including two airlines, two telecom operators, two property and real estate companies, and other significantly consumer-facing brands such as a hospitality group, a bank, a healthcare specialist, and a consumer product company, says LinkedIn.
