Man's legs burnt by lightning

An Indian shepherd in Saudi Arabia suffered from severe burns in his legs after he was struck by lightning while tending to his sheep, a newspaper in the Gulf Kingdom reported on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old man was admitted to the intensive care unit at a hospital in the northeastern town of Hafr Al Batin after he was struck by the bolt in a valley in that region, Okaz said.

“He is still in the intensive care unit because of the seriousness of his case,” the paper said.
