Four Saudi children aged between 8 and 12 drowned while swimming in a rain-filled valley in the Gulf Kingdom on Sunday, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.
The four went into the water apparently not realising it was deep and all of them drowned together as they could not swim, the Arabic language daily Okaz said, quoting police in the southern town of Sabya.
The report identified the kids as Ammar Al Hosni, 8, Hussein Abu Ala, 10, Abdul Rahman Abu Ala, 11 and Mohannad Abu Haya, 12.
