Blind man saved after falling in pit

A Saudi man heading for a nearby mosque for dawn prayers stumbled across a blind man groaning in pain as he struggled to dig his way out of a pit where he had fallen.

The blind man was heading for the same mosque when he stumbled and plunged in the two-metre pit left by construction  workers in that area.

“I lifted him out and he was only slightly hurt.

“I think God the Almighty guided me to the pit to rescue this man,” Hazaa Al Rafdi said, quoted by Arar newspaper.
