Indian media reported that Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala has been diagnosed with cancer.
The 42-year-old Bollywood actress had been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai three days ago since she was unwell.
She is undergoing some medical tests and will be in the hospital for some more time, reports news agency PTI.
Manisha, who hails from a prominent family in Nepal, has worked in several Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam movies.
The 42-year-old actress debuted with Subhash Ghai's movie 'Saudagar' in 1991 and since than delivered number of hit movies. Recently she made a comeback with Ram Gopal Varma's 'Bhoot Returns'.
She was last seen at the opening ceremony of the 14th Mumbai Film Festival and the Life of Pi premiere.
Manisha, born August 16, 1970, is also a UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador and social activist.
