Boy found living in garbage bin in Saudi

A Saudi man opening a bin to throw garbage was shocked to see an African boy living inside the bin and scavenging for food in the world’s top oil exporter.

The man said he could not help cry when he lifted the bin cover and saw the child digging into the garbage for food.

“I just opened the bin and there he was...he seemed to be living there and was searching for food in the garbage,” the man told Ajel newspaper.

“By God, I could not stop crying...I pulled him out and gave him some money...whether this boy is staying in the country legally or illegally, he has the right to live in dignity...I appeal for the authorities and charity organization to help this boy by either giving him shelter or deporting him to his country...how can we have this on the Land of Humanity.”

The paper did not say where in Saudi Arabia the man found that boy, who looked below 10 years old.
