Dad buries son alive.. boy saved

An Egyptian father known for his cruelty towards his children buried his son alive after knocking him down in a cemetery but the little boy was saved by a passer-by.

The father confessed to the police that he had taken his son Mustafa to the graveyard, where he strangled him and buried him, thinking he was dead.

But a man who happened to be passing near the cemetery outside the capital Cairo rushed towards the boy and pulled him out after hearing his groans.

“When I asked him where he has been, my son told me he was buried alive by his father. At this moment, I was shocked and nearly collapsed,” his mother said, quoted by the Saudi MBC satellite television channel.

“I rushed to the police station with my son and reported my husband, who has never treated our three children nicely. He can’t be called a father.”

The woman said she was asked by police to phone her husband to come to hospital, where they waited for him. “I told him his son is dead at hospital and he should come to finish procedures to take the body. When he came, the police arrested him.”
 
Wife killer sentenced to death in Kuwait

A Kuwaiti criminal court sentenced an Iranian man to death for murdering his wife by hitting her on the head with a cleaver, newspapers reported on Monday.

The woman had just returned home with her little son when he hit her on the head following persistent rifts. He then stabbed her many times in various parts of her body.

Police had arrested the husband just after he fled his apartment and tried to leave the neighborhood in the capital Kuwait City.
