A woman in Saudi Arabia, the world’s largest oil exporter, resorted to a local newspaper to appeal for help to find a job for her husband, saying she can not afford buying milk for her children.

Dalal, 27, said her husband had to sell his truck to pay back debt while she also lost her monthly allowance from the college after she quit studying to look after her little sons, the Arabic language daily Sabq said.

“I am sending you this letter in the hope they you help my husband in finding a job with a fixed income so we can survive,” she said.

“We have been without any financial support and living only on borrowing from people and alms from charity centres..…what pushed me to send you this letter is that my husband can no longer afford buying milk for our children…only God knows that we do not have enough money to buy milk,” said Dalal, who has three sons, aged between three months and five years.
