Indian ends life in Jeddah airport’s toilet

A 38-year-old Indian man used his necktie to end his life at the toilet at Jeddah airport just before boarding a flight for his home country.

Police said the unnamed man was found hanging inside the toilet at the airport in the Western Red Sea before boarding his flight.

“Police said they are investigating his motives and believe the man could have been suffering from mental problems,” Sabq daily said.
 
Baby found at Saudi petrol station

A petrol station worker stumbled across a five-month-old boy dumped inside the station’s mosque along with a bottle of milk.

The Asian worker informed the police who sent an ambulance to take the baby to hospital for check up, Sabq daily said.

“The worker said he went into the small mosque to clean it when he saw the baby lying on the floor. He was wrapped with a small blanket and a milk bottle was near him,” the paper said in a report from the central town of Afeef.
