Jealous wife kills hubby for marrying again

A Saudi woman who learned her husband married again went mad and waited for him and his new wife to come home before opening fire at them, killing him instantly.

Police said the man was rushed to hospital in the northwestern Sakakah town but was already dead, adding that the new wife was seriously injured in the shooting.

“She waited for them at home…when the husband came with his new wife, she opened fire at them,” Ajel Arabic language daily said.

A Saudi woman stabbed her son to death after a heated argument at their house in the Gulf kingdom, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.

Okaz quoted police as saying the woman had been arrested and that she confessed to killing her 23-year-old son by stabbing him by a sharp object.

“Police said they would give further details of the murder after they complete investigation,” the paper said in a report from the southern Alaqeq town.
