Man sends son in bucket into well for pen

A Saudi man put his shaking three-year-old son in a bucket, tied it to a rope and danged him into a deep well, risking the boy’s life for a pen he had dropped.

Sabq newspaper carried what it described as a “frightening” YouTube film showing the man dangling his own son into a narrow macabre well as the boy looked frightened while clinging to the role all the way down into the dark pit.

“Those who saw the film called on authorities to find this man and severely punish him for risking his son’s life,” Sabq said.
