Newborn baby found at Saudi petrol station

Petrol station workers in Saudi Arabia stumbled across a newborn boy dumped near one of the pumps and quickly phoned the police and ambulance.

Doctors said the boy was born nearly seven hours before he was dumped at the station in the northwestern Saudi town of Taimaa.

Sabq newspaper quoted a doctor as saying the boy is in good health and would remain in hospital for examination before he is handed to the relevant authorities.
