Newborn found dead at Kuwaiti beach

A man strolling at a Kuwaiti beach stumbled across a dead baby after the body was apparently pushed to sand by the waves, the press reported on Sunday.

The man, a Syrian, reported the incident to the police who took the baby to the coroner to determine the cause of death and identify the boy.

The Saudi daily Sada quoted Kuwait’s press as saying the baby had apparently been dumped by his mother but it gave no further details.
