Passenger dreams of crash, flight stopped

A Saudi flight was stopped just before take-off at an airport in the Gulf kingdom after a panicking passenger screamed in the aircraft that he had dreamt it would crash

Flight SV1026 was scheduled to leave from King Khaled Airport in the capital Riyadh to the Western Red Sea port of Jeddah on Tuesday when the passenger screamed.

“The plane was ready for take-off when one of the passengers suddenly stood up and screamed to other passengers that he had a dream the plane will crash,” the Saudi Arabic language newspaper ‘Sabq’ said.

“Cabin crew managed to control him and hand him over to airport police, who took him into custody…the aircraft was then searched but no suspected object was found,” the paper added without mentioning if the aircraft took off later.
