Peace at Grand Mosque for all

A cat was caught on camera enjoying a peaceful sleep with pilgrims at Masjid Al Haram (Grand Mosque), the holiest Islamic place.

The Saudi Arabic language daily ‘Sada’ published the photograph, which it said illustrated “an atmosphere of peace and tranquility” for all creatures at the Grand Mosque in the Western Saudi town of Makkah.

“Viewers expressed admiration at the picture as it reflects an atmosphere of peace and tranquility enjoyed by all creatures at Masjid Al Haram. The picture shows the cat sleeping among the pilgrims without any fear,” it said.
