Saudi dies in mom's grave during burial

A 68-year-old Saudi died inside his mother’s grave during her burial after he went into a crying fit, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

The son began sobbing before he went into a weeping fit while his mother was being laid in the grave in the Western town of Taif, ‘Sada’ said.

“He suddenly collapsed and fell into the grave. He was rushed to hospital but he was already dead,’ the paper said.

“Brothers said he was suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure.

“As if he did not want his mother to leave this world alone,” it added.
