An announcer at a Saudi satellite TV channel was killed in a road accident in the Gulf Kingdom, a newspaper reported on Thursday.
Khalid Al Arishi, who had worked for Al Majd channel, died after suffering from serious injuries in the crash on the road between the capital Riyadh and the central province of Al Qaseem, the Arabic language daily Sada said without giving further details.
Al Majd, owned by a group of Saudi businessmen, includes four free to air TV stations and 10 encrypted channels.
