A teenager in Al Qalyoubia governorate in Egypt has been referred to the Public Prosecution on charges of raping a toddler.
According to a report in Masrawy, the 17-year-old boy lured his three-year-old neighbour to his house in the pretext of playing with her and raped her mercilessly.
The child’s father said his little girl was bleeding and is hospitalized.
Police arrested the accused and he has admitted to the crime, according to the reports. He, in fact, also told cops that he intended to kill her in order to hide his crime, but someone knocked at his door and he changed his mind.
He then let the girl go home.
