Women’s fight disrupts wedding

A scuffle that erupted between several Saudi female guests disrupted a wedding in the Gulf Kingdom and injured some of them before they were overpowered by the police, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

More than 15 women invited to the wedding in the eastern province of Ihsa were involved in the fight that was triggered by an argument over seating.

“The fight after mid night disrupted the wedding and resulted in seven injuries…two injured women were treated and discharged while five remained at the hospital,” Sharq said.
