Ex-driver insults female boss 970 times

An Egyptian driver made 970 offences on his Twitter page against his former Saudi female employer to avenge her decision to sack him.

The woman reported the driver to the police after suspecting he was using a fake name to make false accusations against her.

The woman told police she has also received scores of ‘obscene’ pictures on her mobile phones and that many people were calling her after obtaining her mobile phone number from the former driver.

“She suspected that her ex-driver was making those offences against her and reported him to police, who managed to locate and arrest him,” Sada newspaper said

“The man confessed to insulting the woman for sacking him. The judge sentenced him to two months in prison and ordered him lashed 70 times,” the paper added without mentioning where in Saudi Arabia the incident took place.
