Sex herb dealer arrested in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi authorities arrested an Asian traditional medicine dealer on charges of selling illegal sexual stimulant herbs at his shop in the capital.

Police raided the shop and found herbs, pills and creams that are not licensed by the Ministry of Health, newspapers reported on Monday.

The trader told police he had bought the stuff from a Dubai store although the date of most of them has expired. He said he stored the medicine at his house to avert prosecution as they are not authorised by the competent authorities.

Police said the unnamed dealer told customers the medicine is used for the treatment of impotence and skin wrinkles.
