The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has stressed the  state's continued investment in creating a supportive environment for business and attracting talent to support the goals of 'UAE Vision 2021'.

He added that these could be attained while maintaining the principle of partnership between the public and private sectors, being one of the important pillars for more successes that serve the interests of both parties, as well as the objectives of the ambitious development process in all fields.
