Don't laugh it away, Indian IT hotspot, Bengaluru, will now house the world's first International "Laughter University".

On this campus students will learn how to laugh instead of mugging up textbooks. They will be taught how to accumulate health instead of wealth. This is where students won't lose sleep over exams and instead get cured of insomnia.

The Laughter University will soon be a reality on Bengaluru's outskirts.

The city, which is home to a few thousand IT and IT-related firms with thousands of young men and women who are stressed out by working late hours, will get a university that offers to train people to laugh and breathe properly for greater benefits of body and mind.

"If all goes well, then by April-May 2011, I will start my first certified Laughter Yoga teacher training in the university complex," Madan Kataria, the brain behind the 'university', told media agency IANS.

Sarah was buying lunch at at college when she spotted the temporal anomaly.

"It looks like the Royal Mint have made a blunder,' Sarah told the daily.

Sarah hopes to cash in on the find so she can help pay off her University fees.

Coin experts are perplexed by the find, one of 29 designs made by the public for the Royal Mint ahead of the London Olympic Games in 2012.

Man unwittingly becomes getaway driver in robbery

(SUPPLIED)

A well-meaning man found himself embroiled in a bank robbery, after offering an elderly woman a lift to a bank.

Upon arrival at the bank, the 70-year-old woman allegedly went inside and demanded cash from the staff, telling them she had a gun, while the driver, who was also the the lady\'s landlord's son, waited in his car.

Even when she returned to the car and he drove her home, the driver remained none the wiser.

The first inkling something was wrong came when police officers were waiting for the pair outside their apartment block.

It wasn't until an hour into his interview at the local police station that he realised his good deed giving an old lady a lift to the bank had potentially helped her rob it, the daily said.
