Bizarre: Implants gifted by dad to daughter, 18

US: A plastic surgeon operated on his own daughter when she turned 18.

Dr Michael Niccole, from Newport Beach, California, reveals on a ABC show, "Cutting Edge", how he gave Brittani, now 23, breast implants, reports Daily Mail.

The father and daughter were interviewed as part of a piece about teenagers getting cosmetic surgery. The father also gave her a nose job, just weeks before her 21st birthday

The surgeon has come under severe criticism for his action, says the daily. However, the doctor reveals that he has no issues operating on family members as he has their best interests at heart.

Michael also admitted that he has operated on his second daughter. He turned the "outtie" belly button of his other adopted daughter, 23-year-old Charm, into an "innie" when she was 10.

It is generally not considered ethical in medical circles to treat one's own family members.

The doctor has also received a lot of flak for allowing his two adopted daughters to go under the knife at a tender age.

Michael admitted that he also gives the girls regular Botox injections to keep them wrinkle-free. He just calls it 'maintenance'.

Driver drives off unfinished bridge

CHINA: A driver and her two passengers took a 40-feet plunge off a bridge which was not finished and ended abruptly without any warning to keep motorists away.

The bridge - in Fuzhou, Fujian province, southern China - ended in mid-air and the workers allegedly forgot to seal the end of the bridge from traffic, reports Orange.co.uk.

It was nothing short of a miracle when the three people in the car managed to escape unhurt from the mangled Nissan saloon, according to eye witnesses.

Toddler squeezes inside vending machine

AUSTRALIA: A three-year-old boy who was adamant that he wanted his favourite toy from a vending machine, managed to squeeze in and was trapped inside for 10 minutes.

Noah Jeffery was determined not to let anything come between hima and his 'SpongeBob', reports Herald Sun.

The adventurous kid managed to climb through the retrieval gate, up the chute and into the area loaded with plush toys. It took the baby's mother and the management some time to get him out of the machine. The toddler could be seen perspiring as there is little air inside the vending machine.

Getting out of the machine proved more tricky than getting in for the child, said the paper. He had to  be coaxed to come out of his toyland as he was being rescued.

He popped free of the machine even as the management was about to call in the fire brigade as reinforcement. The toddler was happy as he got to take home a ball that he had picked up from inside.

Man's ear bitten off during gambling argument

US: Southeastern Indiana police have arrested a man on battery charges alleging that he bit off most of another man's ear during an argument over who was the better gambler.

WLKY-TV reports Donald Talbott was arrested after Sunday's attack and charged with battery with serious bodily injury and disorderly conduct. He remained jailed Wednesday at the Dearborn County Jail in Lawrenceburg.

Deputies called Sunday to the Quality Inn in Greendale found Jacob Kerola screaming and bleeding with a large portion of his left ear missing. A large piece of human flesh was found on the floor in a motel room where a large crowd had gathered.

Investigators said Kerola told deputies that Talbott had bitten off part of his ear as they argued over who was the better gambler.
