One hour cuddling session @Dh230

A US woman’s novel business idea is such a success that she had to hire three people within one week of setting up operations to cater to the increasing demand.

So what’s her business? She offers an hour of cuddles for £40 (Dh230) and has had more than 10,000 requests from customers in just one week, reports metro.co.uk

Her store called ‘Cuddle Up To Me’ in Portland, Oregon, offers customers hour-long sessions of different cuddles. She hired three others has she could not single-handedly manage the increasing clientele.

Samantha Hess insists it is in no way adult-oriented and ensures clients sign a waiver agreeing they will be clean, courteous and will keep their clothes on.

Sessions are also filmed to ensure safety of the cuddler and clients.

She came across this idea while going through a low point in her life. Hess says there are many people who have no one to comfort them. Her service promises to ‘ease loneliness, overcome depression and promote happiness’.
