A South Yemeni school teacher has had no haircut for the past two decades and feels he could finally go to the barber following this week’s military victories by the Yemeni resistance in the South, a Saudi newspaper reported on Friday.
Abdul Hakim Al Yafi from Al-Yafei province northeast of the southern port of Aden has not been to the barber since 1994, when an agreement was signed to unify South and North Yemen after the defeat of separatists.
“Activists said that Yafei could break his pledge and have a haircut following the resistance’s victories in Aden this week,” ‘Sada’ daily said.
