Men win $7m in lottery minutes after losing jobs

Luck comes smiling at the most unexpected of times.

Last Wednesday 10 employees of an Ottawa manufacturing plant stood clueless about their future as they had been given the sack, according to Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Moments later, one among them discovered he was holding the winning ticket of $7 million Lotto prize, reported 'www.news.com.au'.  

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation confirmed the winning ticket was shared by a group of 18 people from Ottawa.
