Paul Ince’s son Tom Ince looks like the perfect answer to United’s own youth revolution and the problem of being short on the wings.

Juventus seem eager to sweep Nani away from the Premier League and Sir Alex has already spoken about young Ince following in his father’s footsteps at United.

Now, news that Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle have joined the race for Blackpool star Ince may only spur Fergie to act in January – sell Nani, buy Ince.

According to The Sun, but both Andre Villas-Boas’ Spurs and Alan Pardew’s Toon have registered an interest with the midfielder’s advisors.

Ince, out of contract in June, is keen on a Premier League return after being released by Liverpool last year.

Ince has been rated better than Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott by manager Ian Holloway and his pedigree will be a big draw.

With Ashely Young and Valencia both coming back from injuries, Ince might be the Nani answer.

Holloway is reported to value Ince, 20, at more than £10m.

Holloway said: “I can’t keep our players, but I’m working with them to get them to a United or an Arsenal.

“I don’t think Oxlade-Chamberlain and Walcott are better than him. If Arsenal had bought him, he would be playing for England now,” he said.

The ball is now clearly in United’s half.

Another Ince perfect move for Fergie and Old Trafford.
