DAMAC launches one-day only offer

DAMAC Properties has launched a one day offer on its hotel apartments in the Burj Area for the final day of Cityscape Global 2012.

The serviced apartments will be operated by DAMAC Suites & Spa.

“Following the response we have received from investors during Cityscape Global for our serviced hotel apartments in the Burj Area, we wanted to provide a final day offer to close the event on a high,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, DAMAC Properties.  “Clients will now be able to purchase their own serviced hotel apartment for Dh600,000 for this one day only offer.”

The property, which will open in the Burj Area of Dubai in mid-2014, consists of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments in the 26-storey tower.

DAMAC Properties has announced that it will have 4,000 serviced hotel apartments either managed or under development by the end of next year.

The first of the projects to be managed through DAMAC Suites & Spa in the Burj Area will be Burjside Boulevard.

DAMAC Properties is participating at Cityscape Global on stand C10, Hall 8.

Al Jawharah Tower on Jeddah Corniche

DAMAC Properties announced on Wedesday  that construction of the Al Jawharah DAMAC Residences Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has reached the 28th floor.

DAMAC Properties, in its collaboration with Versace Home, has developed ‘The DAMAC Residences’ an interior design concept for the top ten floors of the project.

Work was recently completed on the Versace Home designed lobby to the DAMAC Residences.

Apartments of one, two or three bedrooms homes are expected to be delivered by the last quarter of 2013. The DAMAC Residences project is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2014.
