Shamiana and Santino's to be part of Dubai Food Carnival

Shamiana and Santino’s, two quick service restaurant brands owned by Hotbrands International (HBI) will participate in the Dubai Food Carnival with a variety of dishes representing the best of Indian street food and Italian cuisine.

Popular with foodies in the UAE and region for their authentic ethnic food concepts, Shamiana and Santino’s will be having separate stalls at Dubai Food Carnival, which will be held at Dubai International Marina Club from February 12-14.

Shamiana will be using the food festival to showcase their newly launched Indian street snacks, amongst other family favourites, whilst Santino’s will offer Italian pizza and freshly tossed pasta.

Cheryle Treanor a spokesperson for HBI, said: “This is the second year of the Dubai Food Festival initiative and Hotbrands International is excited to be a part of not only the Festival, which runs from the 6th – 28th February, but also the Carnival, which was a great success in its inaugural year. It is such a vibrant gourmet experience, which is spread across three days and is a perfect event for foodies and families alike.”

HBI opened its first outlet in Dubai 23 years ago, and has now grown to more than 50 outlets in the GCC, India and United States.
