IPL6: Mumbai ease to five-wicket win against Pune

Mumbai Indians cemented their second position in the standings with an easy five-wicket win against Pune Warriors India in Match 58 of IPL6.
Chasing a small target of 113, Mumbai were home with seven balls to spare as they reached 116 for five to the delight of their fans at Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium in Pune on Saturday.
Dinda threatened to derail their run-chase when he bowled Smith the first ball.
Mendis struck in his first over to dismiss Tendulkar (15) while Yuvraj scalped the in-form Karthik (17) to cause a bit of a wobble in the Mumbai innings.
However, skipper Rohit Sharma held firm with 37 off 41 balls though kicking himself when he was dismissed with one needed for victory.
Dinda claimed two for 35 with Rayudu (26) falling in the 16th over.
But it was all over bar the shouting at that stage.
Earlier, Mumbai Indians restricted Pune Warriors India to 112 for 8 losing wickets at regular intervals after the soft dismissal of Finch in the third over.
Pune struggled to get on top of the Mumbai attack with Rohit Sharma making superb bowling changes.
Yuvraj Singh (33) and Manish Pandey (29) were the main scorers but boundaries were hard to come by.
There were no hits to the ropes since Yuvraj smashed two consecutive sixes off Ojha in the 11th over.
There were a total of five boundaries and three sixes in their innings.
Johnson had the best figures of two for eight.
Ahmed and Malinga claimed two for 27.
